Coaching for Creatives and Scholars

Embrace the belief you already are the creative, artist, and scholar you’ve always wanted to be.

With more than 25 years of experience helping individuals grow and develop as individuals both personally and professionally, 20 years of classroom experience, multiple publications and invited lectures, I am here to support you to actively pursue your creative and scholarly dreams and ambitions. As a coach, I want to help you invest in yourself.

Who can benefit from coaching?

Anyone can benefit from coaching, and I am open to working with everyone. I am specifically attuned to working with creatives, artists, and scholars because I resonate with the types of concerns with which we can struggle. Yes, we! I’ve been there too. I work specifically with creatives, artists, and scholars in the hopes of helping you create skills and strategies for sustaining creativity, flow, and productivity by focusing on radical belief in yourself.

What is life coaching?

Life coaching is about coaching people using a growth mindset. Life coaching helps to create a positive supportive scaffold to address your inner critic and those limiting beliefs, as well as capitalize on your motivations and passions. Life coaching is not therapy (or a substitute for therapy). It is not about advice from the coach and focuses on supporting the client to help develop strategies that foster their ongoing development. You (the client) will set the agenda for our work, and I (the coach) support you on the journey through questions, exercises, and building action plans.
